Major migraine, general nonsense.
Being caught in the rain won't do me any good. I swear, I feel that some semi-independent, overzealous, power drill equipped alter-ego of mine has been let loose in my brain. It's like that Panadol advertisement i've been thinking of a lot lately. I can feel him drilling into my Reptilian Complex. Bleargh, I feel like puking. Oh well. Tomorrow's another day. I wish all of my lovely junior sweethearts all the best for their orientation performances. Man I hate work.
Uhm. I think...i'm burning up. I need to see the doctor. Or at least, a shrink. Fast.

Muse.
Oh, I forgot I had a blog. Woe is me.
My life has been a little bit more organized since the last time you've heard. 70% of the Wan pie chart is taken over by school and drama (don't ask about the rest). It's kinda assuring to know that in three weeks, we'll be free of school again. Yup, term 2 is tad bit short. Better get started on those assignments (especially when it's submission the very next day). Annual Production 2009 has been postponed due to the ongoing H1N1 pandemic. Rehearsals are still going on though, at least we have more time to hone our skills *ooo*.
Talk about honing. I feel like i've wasted 1 year of my life trying to change into a better person. Of course, truly, I don't, everythings just like moss on a rocky cliff, but it's kinda sad whenever your good intentions are taken advantaged of. Sighs about that.
Plagued I am indeed. Design does things to you. All this, and I haven't even been in the industry yet. I think i'll heed my aunt's dire warnings. Maybe I should just quit and start fresh, and become an accountant or a doctor. Yes, I know. No, never an attorney, Putri.
Well, I should turn in now, i'm so lethargic. The bug in me is persistent. I hope I can feel better enough for tomorrows rehearsals (I had to miss school today by the way). Can't wait for Sunday. I need to find me that inspiration. Somewhere, in my ocean of a head.
p.s. happy 9th birthday to Adam.

Coo-ld.
I shouldn't have written that first sentence in my last post. Because I had to eat it.
This virus is really killing me. I don't know what is going on, but it ain't pretty.
I really cannot afford to miss school again, not even for one day. I truly apologize if anyone of my friends had caught the virus, but if you did, please go to a doctor and at least get some prescriptions before it gets worse.
Other than that, school has been tiringly fun. Staying back with Kai and Haz after school to do the Design History project is awesomely-idiotically fun (and also why I don't want to miss school this coming Friday). Okay, let's get to work. Now, the best way to tackle these assignments is to do so with a pinch of urgency and a complete satchetful of patience (?). It really is difficult to attain that level of discipline, especially in relation to completing assignments. I really respect those who are able to do so, and I really hope I will be able to do the same.
I just came back from drama by the way, it was wickedly funny, as usual. I hope I didn't pass anything on to Vicki and Hanisah; arm yourselves guys, with jugfuls of vitamin C (or ascorbic acid, something I learnt from taking F&N classes).
I really hope you feel okay, friend.
I also hope that I feel better by tomorrow morning. There's a swimming pool where i'm sitting at right now, if you know what I mean. I should stop typing now.
Get well soon, Singapore.

Just like a pill.
This is like, Delirium, Part 3 or something. I thought I was feeling much better yesterday evening (after Tri's visit) that I thought, okay, probably I could make it for Friday's (today's) play, if not, give them a bit of support, and then probably make it for Design History in the evening. But the virus, apparently, is evil.
Every night, i'd wake up with a raging fever. It's so bad, I keep hearing voices in my head (perculiarly, they sound like Jack Sparrow's). Now, don't get me started on the muscle cramps. I practically feel like tearing off my limbs and burning my joints, it's ridiculous. And the worst thing is, everytime I get geared up to eat something I like, i'd get nauseous (I almost threw up Tri's chicken soup, it wasn't a pretty sight). This is simply inhumane torture (aah, don't judge).
Putri, you really are a piece of work. I owe you so much for yesterday, and please, leave me to my misery, the last thing I wanna' do is pass the virus to you and the rest. Thank you.
And of course, I feel really bad for not being able to perform (even once) for the open house thing. Ilham, thanks so much for replacing me. God knows how it'll be if I did perform; i'd probably sneeze out a handful of snot at Amalina or something in the middle of the scene and everyone'll laugh (though it wouldn't be that bad cos' it's a comedy).
I shudder to think how much work i've missed out. So let's not even go there.
Now, if my temperature goes up beyond 39 degrees again, i'll have to take another platelet test. Like I need another jab mark (plus the elbow cramps that follow). I hope i'll be fine by Monday.
Heck, no pain no gain I guess.
p.s. I had to do a spellcheck like thrice to see if everything made sense.

Ill will.
Ah, I hate being sick.
Back on Tuesday, I thought I was feeling a bit nauseous and clammy, but I just shrugged it off, thinking it was probably the doing of those nasty migraine-causing glasses. Well, turns out I really was sick. Obviously, I had to miss school on Wednesday. In addition to that, the last rehearsal for the open house skit, not to mention the first play today (which would have started about an hour ago, by the way). I don't know whether i'll feel better enough by tomorrow to do the 2nd performance (I hope I will). Sorry guys.
Yesterday was such a pain. Irritably, I had to wait in line for hours at the clinic, and the doctor had to take a blood test to see whether it's dengue fever thats doing all of this (as Adam is currently recovering from it and he might have passed it on). Thank god my platelet count is normal, and it was probably just a viral form of flu (sickening, nonetheless). You'll be happy to hear (or not) that I am feeling slightly better now, and I hope I can come to school tomorrow. I've missed so much already.
For those at school, hope you guys won't mind updating me on anything new.
Aah, pills.
